• Nail drill with dust extraction
• Brushless motor up to 40,000 rpm
• Six-stage extraction from Eco to Max
• 350 W dual suction turbine
• 4.3-inch colour touch display
• Three memory positions, M1 to M3
• 2-year manufacturer’s warranty

The nail drill machine uses a 350 W dual suction turbine and has a dust sensor and overheating protection. Extraction runs continuously during use for motor cooling. The automatic 2.35 mm chuck closes when rotating, supporting bit changes during treatments. Forward and reverse rotation provide working-direction options, while the slider on the display allows speed adjustment directly from the control unit.

The display can be cleaned with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Bits should be cleaned and disinfected after each use, and the ventilation openings should remain unobstructed. The system uses disposable dust bags, with one fitted dust bag and one additional dust bag included. Captured material can therefore be handled through the dust bag replacement process.

This professional nail drill is supplied as a complete system with a control unit and hose holder, a POM handpiece with filter chamber door, a mains cable and two disposable dust bags. Its brushless motor and integrated extraction make it suited to professional nail studios and podiatry practices. The Promed The File 4040 is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
